Parents are to make available the following documents when reporting to the school

  1. Placement form
  2. Results slip
  3. Enrolment form (Endorsed by Your JHS Headteacher)
  4. Two (2) recent passport size photographs
  5. VALID NHIS CARD
  6. NATIONAL ID CARD (GHANA CARD IF ANY)
  7. PHOTOCOPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE /BAPTISMAL CERTIFICATE IF REQUIRED BY SCHOOL
